thanks. I now know that the file date and time changes. When I did a synchronise of a new folder I was suprised to find files (JPG) in old folders which should be synchronised. Well I know now better and also wil synhronise thes files.

With any type of digital image there are multiple times and dates in play. Adding stars, keywords, or develop settings changes the file's edit time stamp but none of these changes effect the capture time. The only way to alter the original capture time, or "date digitized time stamp," is through the update capture time command in the Lightroom Library Module.

I also have a lot of JPG. Does the file date and time change of the JPG if e.g. give stars of keywords to the photo?

I use Keywords to mark important human subjects in my photos, but there's no way to identify an actual face in Lightroom.

I have a Q: can you tag people in LightRoom 3?
It would seem weird if not, but I don't find it...
Many thanx in advance!
Grts,
