Worldwide Photo Walk – Missoula, MT

I’ll be hosting Scott Kelby’s 2nd Annual Worldwide Photo Walk event in Missoula, MT this year. If you’re around July 18th, 2009, you’ll definitely want to be a part of this event!

A Photo Walk is basically a social photography event where photographers get together, usually in a downtown area or trendy section of town, to walk around, shoot photos, and generally have fun with other photographers. After the walk, participants can submit their photos, and I’ll be picking out my favorite. The top photo from the Missoula, MT Photo Walk will receive The Digital Photography Book, Volume 3 by Scott Kelby.

Once all of the cities’ photos are uploaded, Scott Kelby will pick a grand prize winner who will receive an assortment of prizes including: the full Adobe Creative Suite, a Wacom tablet, and two tickets to Photoshop World! What a deal!!!

Missoula sure has some wonderful photo locations. I think we can have the grand prize winner!

In Missoula, we’ll be meeting in Caras Park at 5:45 pm on Saturday, July 18th, 2009. We’ll start walking at 6:00 pm and end up back at Caras Park around 8:00 pm. After the walk, participants are free to go grab dinner or drinks wherever they’d like. I’m sure you’ll have made some new friends.

The event is open to photographers of all levels…beginner to advanced. Just bring your camera and some comfortable walking shoes.

The Photo Walk is completely free, but space is limited. If you’re interested in attending, you’ll need to pre-register here.
